Easy Pendant — Peyote Bezel PDF Tutorial | Cabochon Pendant
A clever, no-glue method for capturing a round cabochon in peyote stitch — the Simply Wearable Pendant is an entry point into bead embroidery that doesn’t require Stiff Stuff as a foundation.
The trick is double-sided tape and a flat-backed cabochon. The technique works with polymer clay rounds, badges with the pin removed, disc beads, or any round flat-backed piece up to 25mm. Once the cabochon is captured in peyote rows, you choose your own bail style — an odd-count peyote strip or a Warped Square — and finish with a chain of your choice. Colour and bead selection are entirely up to you, which makes every pendant genuinely unique.
This is a 7-page PDF tutorial with step-by-step instructions and photos, including two bail options.
