The Studio at On A String

1. Membership Overview

The Studio at On A String is a creative membership program offering exclusive resources, discounts, and events for beaders and makers. By joining, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Membership Tiers

Seed Bead Pass: A gentle, beginner-friendly tier with access to digital discounts, early resources, and printable materials.

• Annual cost: $24 AUD (billed at $2/month)
• 15% discount on all tutorials for the duration of your membership
• Early access to new printable resources and digital materials
• Access to the closed Studio Facebook Group
• Anniversary gift: a one-off 30% discount code after 6 consecutive months of membership
• Membership is unlimited in numbers

Crystal Club: The premium tier of The Studio — intentionally small, intentionally warm. Includes all Seed Bead Pass perks, plus:

• Every month: an exclusive pattern valued $10–$20, that may not be publicly available anywhere else (up to $240 in your collection over the year)
• Every month: free postage on your orders
• Every year: 2 x exclusive Zoom workshops with Paula — valued at $150 each and never taught anywhere else ($300 value)
• Every year: one personal 1-hour 1:1 Zoom session with Paula — valued at $70
• 15% off all tutorials for the life of your membership
• 30% thank-you discount at your 6-month anniversary
• Priority access to new tools, printables and events
• A small, encouraging community where your craft is valued and your contributions matter

Annual cost: $300 AUD (billed at $25/month). Total annual value: $490+ in workshops and personal time, plus up to $240 in patterns.

Membership of Crystal Club is limited to 50 spots annually. This tier is intentionally intimate, designed for deeper connection and personalised support. If it's full, a waiting list is available and you will be notified as soon as a space opens.

3. Billing & Cancellation

• Memberships are billed monthly through Shopify.
• You may cancel anytime via your account settings.
• Anniversary discounts are only applicable after 6 months of consecutive membership.
• Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current month.
• Rejoining after cancellation resets your perks to the current month's offerings.

4. Zoom Workshops & 1:1 Sessions

• Crystal Club members receive up to two live Zoom workshops per year. Dates and topics will be announced via email and inside The Studio.
• Workshop instructions are provided in PDF format. Students are required to supply their own beads or purchase a kit — details provided prior to each workshop.
• Workshop length will be between 2.5 and 5 hours and may be split over two sessions per project, depending on complexity and timing.
• Each Crystal Club member is entitled to one 1-hour 1:1 Zoom session per membership year. Sessions must be booked while your membership is active.
• An online booking system is provided to Crystal Club members to book their session.
• Workshops and sessions are non-transferable and may not be recorded or redistributed.
• Cancellation notice of attendance booking for a workshop is required at least 48 hours in advance if possible. The tutorial will be provided afterwards for completion in your own time.

5. Community Guidelines & Communication

• The Studio is a welcoming space for makers of all skill levels.
• The Studio communicates via email. Members are responsible for maintaining their own email platforms to ensure communication is received.
• A closed Facebook Group is available for members to discuss and share The Studio experience, workshops and progress. It is moderated to ensure it is a safe, inclusive space.
• Members are expected to treat each other with kindness, respect, and inclusivity.
• Harassment, spam, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Content Use

• All tutorials, printables, and workshop materials are for personal use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of content without written permission is not allowed.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email.
