Shipping Policy

At On A String we ship worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Digital Tutorials are delivered instantly and available for download once purchase is complete.

Orders for 3D printed products are made on demand and will be produced during business hours (Mon to Fri) and despatched upon completion of product. Depending upon the complexity, please allow between 2 and 7 working days. 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, weekends, or public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, On A String is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
